Overview
The Prime Time Social Care division deals with the recruitment of temporary and permanent social care jobs for the public and private sectors, supplying staff, in the main, to local authorities, NHS and private residential homes.


The division is dedicated to providing an exceptionally high standard of service to meet the needs of the vulnerable adults and children, which the division's workers care for.

Across our branch network we mainly supply carers covering the full range of patient conditions, including EMI, Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Social Work and residential homes.

What you can expect:
  • Stringent vetting and screening including Criminal Records Bureau checks
  • One stop-shop for social care workers covering a range of patient conditions
  • Coverage of all social social care disciplines including NHS, pre-school nurseries and care homes
  • Care standards compliant service
  • Comprehensive experience of TUPE and effective transfer management of outgoing supplier's staff.
  • Speedy response from dedicated account manager 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Ongoing performance measurement including bespoke client management information feedback.
  • Flexibility in administration in both invoicing and review documentation.


Charge rates to Clients and pay rates to our temporary social care workers are based on an hourly figure and our temporary workers are paid weekly.
