ENS is a health and social care recruitment specialist with over 20 years of industry experience. We offer a very diverse range of services into various health and social care sectors.

We are an established NHS framework approved healthcare recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the NHS and Private Healthcare Providers. Initially specialising in providing qualified nurses and healthcare assistants in the NHS and private hospitals we expanded our expertise to the supply of doctors and allied health professionals. A core part of our business includes supplying temporary, interim and permanent staff into nursing and residential homes. In addition, we support people to live independently in the community through our staffing solutions.

ENS was established in 1991 as a health and social care recruitment company as well as a healthcare training provider. After being awarded our first large sole agency/Master Vendor contract with a housing association in 1999 our business went from strength to strength adding large and small contracts to our portfolio along the way. It is a testament to our ability to change and continually provide an excellent service that our clients continue to renew year after year. Since the beginning we have worked hard to earn the reputation as a reliable provider of high quality, fully compliant and well trained health and social care professionals.

We have a particular expertise in the areas of learning disabilities and mental health. We provide supported living services including outreach workers and older people services. We also supply support staff and co-ordinators to Foyers (Young Peoples Housing) and to children’s services.
