The Holmes Care Group is an established care home provider in the United Kingdom, first starting as an independent operator in 1982. Our homes are modern purpose built facilities along with one beautiful period building. We are firmly committed to providing the highest quality and standards to you or your loved ones, using a person focussed approach.

The Holmes Care Group has numerous services across the United Kingdom with firm plans for 2 new developments and our Head Office team is based in Upminster.  We aim to maintain the highest quality of standards in both care and environment. This is achieved by comprehensive staff training and a continuous maintenance of our properties.

First and foremost, it is the aim of the Company to provide an environment that all service users can regard our Home as their Home. We recognise that our Homes must be run to meet the needs of our Service Users and their wishes are paramount.

We offer care that is of the highest standard, and is tailored to meet the individual’s specific wishes and choices. These choices will be respected and honoured at all times.

Care will be planned with regard to current research and guidelines on good practice. Where possible, the service user and their family will be encouraged to be actively involved in the planning of care.
