We are a Christian charity with a history of caring for vulnerable people in South East London since 1904. Today, we provide nursing care and residential care in our five care homes in Bromley, and Southwark.
This site includes information about the person centred care that we provide in our care homes, the international projects that we support, the ethos and values that drive our work and the ways in which you can support us.
At Mission Care we recognise that our human resources are our most important asset, upon whom we rely on to provide insight, love, warmth and skill in their work with the care home.
Accordingly, we work hard to attract and retain high-calibre employees across the organisation, who will each, regardless of their individual role, contribute to the high standard of person centred care that is delivered within each of our care homes to every resident.
In return, our staff are rewarded with competitive salaries, access to a Group Pension Scheme, a thorough and comprehensive induction and training programme and ongoing personal development - throughout their career with Mission Care.
Mission Care is an equal opportunities employer and will never unlawfully discriminate on any grounds unrelated to our ethos. Management and leadership positions with Mission Care home’s carry a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be sympathetic towards the Christian faith, since this guides the ethos and charitable objectives of the organisation.
