Our Marie Curie hospices offer specialist round-the-clock care. Marie Curie support people throughout their illness by giving practical information, support from trained volunteers and being there when someone wants to talk.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a part time job share basis. The nursing team are looking for individuals with motivation and passion for patient care and commitment to high professional standards. You will contribute to holistic patient assessment, develop care plans, and arrange the delivery of the plan to ensure excellent patient care.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the patient’s preferred place of care is achieved. You will be forward thinking with excellent communication skills and want to positively contribute to the team and hospice.
As a Registered Nurse you will come with an RGN level 1 registration and will be able to demonstrate an understanding of palliative care and the needs of patients with complex symptoms as well as at end of life.
Working Patterns for this role are as follows:
Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
Week 2: Monday/Tuesday
