Supporting Communities - Improving Lives
For over 40 years Anglia Care Trust ACT has helped people across Suffolk to keep a roof over their heads, to feel safe and to be heard. Working with some of the most vulnerable members of communities, in the last year they have improved the lives of over 1500 individuals.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Team. The role will be working on our busy reception desk, answering phone calls and offering administrative support to both staff and volunteers. Therefore, you will be required to switch quickly and efficiently from one task to the next without being phased.
This role will suit an individual with enthusiasm, confidence and a “can do” approach and you will have a good level of IT, office and administrative skills.
You will need to be able to communicate with a wide range of people both over the phone and face to face and will be comfortable dealing with our staff, volunteers and members of the public on a daily basis.
