Mount View is a new purpose-built development which will specialise in supporting individuals with Autism, Complex Needs & Challenging Behaviour. This is a chance to be part of a brand new team who will shape the service from the very beginning and make it a flagship service serving the people of Rochdale and surrounding Greater Manchester boroughs.
As administrator you will provide robust support to the Manager, Deputy Manager and other staff members. Part of your role will include financial auditing of Client funds and petty cash on a weekly basis, using in-house systems for which you will receive full training. You will be able to understand, follow and amend policies and procedures.
Process paperwork for staff recruitment and source and reserve training for staff and management. With excellent communication skills you will have involvement in Staff Meetings and be the first point of contact for visitors, families and other professionals. You will also have daily contact with the residents
