At New Cross Hospital our new Urgent and Emergency Care Centre opened on the 25th November 2015.The three storey centre has excellent facilities including an Emergency Department for accidents and emergencies, dedicated Radiology and X-Ray suite, a Clinical Decisions Unit, an Urgent Care Centre, facilities for urgent outpatient appointments and dedicated children’s area.
Join us, and be part of the future of emergency care within our committed and enthusiastic team. We are looking to recruit both Adult and Children trained nurses to support the increasing demand and flows through the department. Some post registration experience would be advantageous.
The Emergency Department is exceptionally busy and currently has circa 153,000 annual attendees. An understanding of the importance of maintaining patient flows through the hospital is pivotal to this role.
We are looking for caring, compassionate nurses with experience in an acute setting/emergency care or paediatric setting. We invite you to arrange an informal visit and look at the fabulous facilities available within the new center.
The trust is committed to personal and professional development; the successful applicant will receive support and training to deliver the care requirements of the speciality and enable them to achieve their full potential and become an integral member of the multi professional team.
