Advanced Nurse Practitioner

6 sessions per week

Monday, Thursday, Friday

Windermere and Bowness Medical Practice is recruiting for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established multi-disciplinary team, working in a highly desirable location. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, forward thinking health care provider who put patients first whilst embracing new ways of working and new technology.

Windermere and Bowness Medical Practice offer consultations to 5,700 patients through a combination of pre-booked face to face 15 or 20 minute appointments for nurses, telephone triage and same day appointments using Emis Web.

Teamwork is at the heart of our culture, with regular MDT and clinical meetings. We work hard but effectively with a passion for improving health outcomes for all our patients. Our welcoming, friendly and supportive team deliver exemplary QoF results and is committed to delivering high quality patient care. The practice is RCGP accredited for research and actively participates in multiple NIHR clinical studies.

The practice can offer the opportunity to negotiate working arrangements. Applicants must hold a current NMC pin, have experience in minor illness in addition to chronic disease management, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
