Are looking to appoint an

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

(6-8 sessions per week- working days to be Mon, Wed,Thurs,Fri)

with experience in General Practice

Salary dependent on experience, NHS Pension, no weekend or Bank Holiday work.

We are high QOF achieving and have a good local reputation. 5 GP partners, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner,4 Practice Nurses,2 Health Care Assistants,1 Phlebotomist and excellent administrative support.

We moved to a purpose built building in 2010 in the heart of Heckmondwike which has great transport links via M62 and excellent local schools.

The successful candidate will also contribute to service developments within the Practice.
