We are looking for a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will hold the Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification, be an Independent Nurse Prescriber and ideally have Primary Care experience. It is essential that you will be competent in all aspects of acute care delivery and a sound knowledge of chronic disease management.
Other essential requirements include:
Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. This will be a challenging role but highly rewarding for the right applicant. An induction package followed by ongoing continuing development for career development will be encouraged.
Hours Full time - will be flexible (including occasional Saturday mornings and some evenings on a rota basis).
Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience, circa £39,500 (increasing after completion of probation period plus NHS pension, annual leave , indemnity insurance (up to £2200pa), study leave etc.) Job shares may be considered.
The post will offer clinical supervision and study leave based on the needs of the clinician, the practice and the contract.
