We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Occupational Health team on an initial 1 year fixed-term basis.
The successful candidate will be jointly based between the Occupational Health and Physiotherapy Departments establishing and developing a new staff physiotherapy service to provide highly specialised Physiotherapy intervention to members of Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust staff.
The role provides an experienced qualified physiotherapist with the NHS experience the opportunity to further develop leadership and management skills.
Applicants must hold a degree or other recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered.
Applicants must be able to work well both autonomously and within a team environment and posses strong leadership and communication skills to promote innovation, effect change, and communicate effectively with managers and employees.
IT skills are essential in the establishing and developing of this new service as regular reports will be need to be produced to demonstrate the impact the service is having.
