Job Description

Daytime Healthcare is currently hiring and seek an experienced Registered Nurse / Midwife with experience working at a Band 6 or higher level in a clinical setting to occupy a Nurse Manager's role. Previous experience working as a Nurse Manager is desirable but not necessary. 

You will be dealing with Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in the following capacity:


  • Arranging and Conducting Interviews

  • Conducting Annual Appraisals

  • Providing support with Revalidation

  • Clinical Complaints handling

  • Drafting interview questions

  • Care certificate assessment

  • Performance evaluation

  • Acting as a representative



    HOURS: 37.5 weekly.


    This role will involve close working relationship with the Managing Director to Create / amend and implement recruitment processes that uphold the strong compliance values of the business.

Job Requirements



  • Up-to-date NMC registration

  • Right to work in the UK

  • A minimum of 24 months recent experience in the UK

  • Good communication Skills (Oral and written)

  • A valid UK drivers license

  • An up-to-date DBS check

  • Up-to-date Mandatory training
