Daytime Healthcare is currently hiring and seek an experienced Registered Nurse / Midwife with experience working at a Band 6 or higher level in a clinical setting to occupy a Nurse Manager's role. Previous experience working as a Nurse Manager is desirable but not necessary.
You will be dealing with Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in the following capacity:
Arranging and Conducting Interviews
Conducting Annual Appraisals
Providing support with Revalidation
Clinical Complaints handling
Drafting interview questions
Care certificate assessment
Acting as a representative
HOURS: 37.5 weekly.
This role will involve close working relationship with the Managing Director to Create / amend and implement recruitment processes that uphold the strong compliance values of the business.

THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL MUST HAVE:
Up-to-date NMC registration
Right to work in the UK
A minimum of 24 months recent experience in the UK
Good communication Skills (Oral and written)
A valid UK drivers license
An up-to-date DBS check
Up-to-date Mandatory training
