If so, the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust has launched a significant investment in its Cancer Services workforce over the next three years. The additional staff will ensure the service is fit for purpose to provide both on-going excellent care and the roll-out of new technologies and services.
To support and enhance our excellent current services we are currently in the process of developing and building a new Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Centre; and now being able to deliver care closer to home with our Mobile Chemotherapy Unit. We are currently recruiting to ensure the smooth implementation of these new projects, allowing time for staff training as required additionally enhancing our current workforce to maintain the highest possible standards of care to our patients.
