We are looking for a friendly, helpful and motivated person, with a keen interest in the rehabilitation of patients for which continued professional development will be actively encouraged. Excellent inter-personal skills, patient centered approach and effective team work are essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload of patients and assist in delivering weekly pulmonary rehabilitation groups across South Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly across the locality. This post is a permanent appointment for 225/30 hours per week. The service is currently required to work 800 – 1700 over 5 days out of seven days per week. The team is based at Leap Valley Medical Centre, Downend, Bristol with other Sirona community services. These newly built premises offer office and clinic space as well as onsite parking. The majority of visits will take place in the community and staff will be provided with iPads to support remote working.
The appointed candidate must successfully undertake a pre-employment medical check and have disclosure details available prior to starting work. The interview process will consist of both practical exercise demonstrated to the interview panel and an individual interview.
The pay scale is between £20,438-£23,972 pro rata depending on experience and NHS pensions honored and available.
