Band 3 - Community Support Worker
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 support worker 375 hours to work within an Integrated Health Team in a community setting. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is committed to delivering a high quality service within the patient’s own home. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within the community setting having attained a Care Certificate or be willing to work towards attaining one. The successful candidate will work closely with both Community Nurses and Community Matron, as part of the Alcester Integrated Health Team delivering safe, effective care.
The service operates seven days per week and flexible working is required. The ability to travel independently is essential requirement of the post.
