Band 5 Community Nurses - Nuneaton

Integrated Health Teams 3 have a permanent vacancy for a Band 5 Community Nurse based in Nuneaton

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic Band 5 Nurse to join established team. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in weekend working and occasional evenings until 1800.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Community Nurse who is able to work independently as well as part of the team and deliver high quality; holistic person centred nursing care to clients in the community setting.
