Job Description

‘Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are dedicated to deliver a high quality and efficient Immunisation service to the school age population of Birmingham and Sandwell as well as the delivery of hepatitis B vaccinations to identified babies, in line with PHE guidelines.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 5 Immunisation Team Nurses to be involved in the planning and delivery of this high quality service . The post holder will be required to actively promote Immunisations , offer advice to service users, schools, and relevant services promoting the uptake of the national childhood Immunisation programme.
