We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 5 RNLD / RMN / RNC or suitably experienced and registered General Nurse or Allied Health Professional to join the short Break Service on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
Short Break service for adults with learning disabilities provides support for service users and their families/carers 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Service users have a range of support needs, this can include providing support within family homes as well as flats within an extra care facility.
The island of Guernsey is in the Channel Islands and has a population of 65,000. It has some of the British Isles' finest and best-kept beaches, a mild and sunny climate, and an offbeat, historic harbor town in St. Peter's Port, the island's capital.
Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with full NMC, HCPC or applicable Professional registration
To understand and promote 20/20 vision.
Valid driving license.
