We are looking for a Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our nursing team based at Chase Farm Hospital, part of the Royal Free NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be joining us at an exciting time, as we prepare to move into our new hospital, designed to provide 21st century healthcare.

You must be knowledgeable about all aspects of surgery, passionate about teaching and committed to developing, motivating and inspiring our nursing team within elective surgery.

As a Clinical Practice Facilitator you will be working alongside the staff on the two surgical wards which include the following specialties:

Oral and Maxillofacial
General surgery

You will be expected to work closely with the Ward Managers, Matron and Head of Nursing to identify the educational and development needs of your clinical areas, develop a timeline and work plan to ensure that staff deliver excellent, evidence based care.
