BANK CARE ASSISTANT REDHILL COURT RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME, 77 NEARHILL ROAD, KINGS NORTON, BIRMINGHAM, WEST MIDLANDS £7.40 TO £7.65 PER HOUR (DEPENDENT ON QUALIFICATIONS) HOURS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED – TO INCLUDE DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS When you join Sanctuary Care, you will be part of something special – we are an innovative organisation, with ambitious growth plans. As a Care Assistant, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that our residents are comfortable in their home. As this is a bank position, a flexible approach to work is required as you may be asked to work evening and weekend shifts, as well as during times of absence and sickness. Close to West Heath Park, Redhill Court Residential Care Home is located in a residential area on the outskirts of south Birmingham.  Our dedicated team provides residential and dementia care to 64 residents. Experience is not essential; as we will support you with all the training and support you’ll need to do the job.
