As a Care Assistant, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that our residents are comfortable in their home. As this is a bank position, a flexible approach to work is required as you may be asked to work evening and weekend shifts, as well as during times of absence and sickness. The Rosary Nursing Home is a beautifully Jacobean-style manor, situated in a quiet residential area of Bridgwater. Our dedicated team provides nursing, dementia, palliative and day care to 102 residents. Experience is not essential; as we will support you with all the training and support you’ll need to do the job. What is important to us is that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation.
