Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Production of patients visitors and staff meals to consistent high standards of quality and presentation
  • Ensures high standards of cleanliness in line with company and hospital policies and procedures.

Comply with current Food Safety Act and local Health Authority (EHO) requirements

Working hours: As 7 when required to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods

Essential qualifications and training required; Food hygiene qualification

Essential experience required: a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy catering environment
