Homerton University Hospital is looking for Paediatric Nurses (qualified children’s nurses) to come and join our bank. Within the Trust we have an 18 bedded paediatric ward, dedicated children’s outpatient department and also community children nursing team, providing an integrated service.
Starlight ward is general paediatric ward and caters for children 0 to 16 years old. Starlight also provides services for those children who require day case surgery. The surgery that is undertaken is ENT, general surgery, dental and MRI under sedation or general anaesthesia. The team do 12 hour shifts. As a bank nurse there may be also opportunities for you to work with the Community Children’s Nursing Team
As bank nurse you would be working with a well-established team of nurses.
