Do you want to work as part of a friendly team in a rewarding nursing role rewarding nursing role?

We're looking for a Bank Nurse to join our friendly nursing home St Martins Grange in Gillingham, Dorset. You'll help us provide a top quality clinical service to our residents.

  • £14.80 per hour
  • Bank/Relief contract with various shifts available - ideal for a candidate seeking a flexible working/life balance or someone looking for extra work on top of their substantive role

You'll assist the home management team in giving our residents the highest possible levels of clinical care.

About you:-

You'll be RGN or RMN qualified with a current NMC PIN. Ideally you will bring prior experience of working with older people in a nursing home or hospital environment; however we will support nurses who want to start a rewarding career in this setting.

You must be highly conscientious in your approach to work and able to work independently and lead a shift, including supervising care assistants. On duty you will take the lead on delivering clinical care to resident with a range of nursing needs and liaising with external clinical professionals including GP's and hospital doctors.
