Band 6 Physiotherapist

Barts Health Staff Bank need highly skilled Band 6 Physiotherapists to support the NHS reduce its dependence on agencies.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months NHS experience
  • Ability to keep accurate and legible patient notes
  • Ability to present information both orally and written in a clear and logical manner
  • Ability to cope with challenging situations and with emotional patients/carers

You will be expected to perform an advanced occupational therapy role with patients who have diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions, to provide functional assessment of people with disabilities and deliver individualised treatment plans aimed at reducing the impact of disability and ill health.

To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner. To hold responsibility for his or her own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service or a particular patient type, working without direct supervision.
