Based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, the Neuro Rehab Service is for people with an identified rehabilitation needs resulting from a range of neurological conditions. The service aims to support people to achieve their optimal potential in their home, social and community lives and to facilitate individuals and their families to understand, adjust to and manage their disability. We offer coordinated holistic assessment and time limited interventions in outpatient and community settings.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and self-directed physiotherapist with relevant experience who can demonstrate established rehabilitation skills to support the team on both a fixed term and permanent basis. You will need to demonstrate an ability to work on your own initiative as well as being able to work effectively as part of an MDT.
This post will provide opportunities to develop a range of Neurological Physiotherapy skills in a Neuro Rehab setting supported by the MDT, an experienced physiotherapy team, in service training and through regular supervision.
