Note to applicants: We require references that cover the last three years of employment and you must name a current / most recent line manager or supervisor as a referee. Birmingham Children’s Hospital (BCH) and Birmingham Women’s Hospital (BWH) have a tremendous sense of shared mission and purpose, and have enjoyed a close working relationship for decades – particularly at the clinical level. Both trusts are currently working towards becoming a single organisation and the earliest this would take place is early 2017, subject to NHS Improvement approval. The proposed integration would mean that BWH staff will be subject to TUPE.
As a potential applicant we wanted to make you aware of the intentions of both BCH and BWH. We will be happy to provide more information should you request it, via the recruitment department or the recruiting manager.
