We are looking to appoint motivated Registered Mental Nurses to join our Bank in Gosport, Hampshire.
Nelson House is a 32 bed step down rehabilitation Mental Health Hospital managed by Care UK and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust's joint venture company, Recovery and Rehabilitation Partnership Ltd. The hospital offers care and treatment to service users aged 18 – 65 as they continue their recovery and aim towards independent living.
You will work as part of a team to ensure the delivery of an effective and dynamic Recovery service. You must be able to evidence a well developed understanding of the Recovery Star – applicants will have ideally worked in an inpatient rehabilitation service.
As a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse you will be expected to provide clinical support and care to service users with complex and enduring mental health needs, by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating their nursing care plans to ensure that they are fully supported using person-centred care approaches.
