Staff Bank at Broomfield Hospital, Mid Essex Hospital Trust are looking for an experienced Bank Registered Nurse to join the Staff Bank team working on the Winter Resilience Ward. Joining the Staff Bank with Mid Essex offers you the flexibility to pick up shifts which suit your lifestyle, meaning that you can pick up anything from full time lines of work to the odd shift to keep clinical skills up to date.

Winter Resilience Ward will open on December 1st 2016; it will close at the end of March (approximately).

Pure Bank Staff (who apply via this vacancy) will have priority when booking shifts, allowing you to work at times that are convenient for you.

The Ward will be closed on December 24th, 25th, 26th & 27th. It will reopen December 28th to identify patients to go into the ward.

  • A Minimum of 6 month’s post qualification experience within a hospital of care home environment

MEHT contracts are subject to the completion of a satisfactory 6 month probationary period.

All Registered Nurse/Midwife/Theatre Practitioner or ODP you will be required to take a Drug Calculation Test. (please note 100% pass mark required)

All HCA/HCSW/MCA will be required to take a Literacy and Numeracy test (80% pass required) as part of the pre employment process.
