Job Description

We have established ourselves as providers of a full care pathway from medium secure services all the way through to supported living in the community.

Cygnet Hospital Harrogate is located close to the centre of the beautiful North Yorkshire spa town of Harrogate and is easily accessible from the nearby cities of Leeds, Bradford and York. In addition to providing a thriving acute inpatient service to NHS trusts around the country the hospital also provides private mental health and addiction services. The unit supports a full MDT including RMNs, support workers, consultant psychiatrist and junior doctors and therapy staff.

Join our bank of temporary staff to work ad hoc shifts as staffing levels demand. Although shift patterns are not guaranteed we regularly call upon our bank staff to supplement quality of care for our service users in all wards.

We are looking for caring, capable and experienced nurses wishing to provide high quality care to our service users. All candidates must have a valid Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) Pin number and be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

You must have also completed your Preceptorship after qualifying with your permanent employer.

We also pay you for your training, you will receive gross payments of £250 for completing your PMVA training and a further £250 for your online training once you have completed 5 shifts.
