Do you believe mental health deserves better?
Beacon UK is driven by a commitment to mental health—and it’s driven by a team of talented people who are working each day to transform it.
Together with Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust and a wide range of voluntary and community organisations, Beacon UK is part of the Surrey Mindsight partnership which will provide a new and transformed model of care for youth. This includes children as well as young adults up to the age of 25 who are already know to child and adolescent mental health services. Specifically, Beacon will drive care integration. We deliver efficient and effective care through running a single point of access centre, carrying out community utilisation management, hosting a service directory and by providing insightful analysis and reporting of service performance.
Acting as a Triage Clinician in our Access Centre, you will be responsible for managing incoming referral and enquiry calls and facilitating case flow within the service for allotted appointments, clinician advice, rapid clinical triage and professional referrals. You will be the point of contact for initial clinical queries, providing the appropriate advice and guidance and navigating the caller to the right care pathway or service, in order to ensure the Access Centre operates a no wrong door approach.
We’re keen to hear from individuals looking to work on a part-time or job share basis as well as those looking to work full-time.
If you’re interested in working as part of our dynamic team at the forefront of the UK’s changing health care landscape, we want to hear from you. Beacon UK is a place where things happen quickly, so if a fast-paced working environment appeals to you, please apply.
Expect better, demand better and get better mental health with Beacon UK.
