South Avenue is on the outskirts of Derby, with easily accessible bus routes stopping outside the service and we are close to major roads. At South Avenue we provide person centred support to adults with a learning disability and autism so they are able to lead an exciting and fulfilling life. South Avenue is a 7 bed home with an emphasis on supporting people to learn and carry out daily life skills. The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful.
