The Dairy is a Supported Living Service with a home from home atmosphere. We are located in the village of Shillingstone, close to the towns of Blandford Forum and Sturminster Newton. As a support worker at The Dairy you will contribute to delivering great person centred care to all the people we support through motivation and empowerment, encouraging a more independent quality of life.

You will be supporting people to do their favourite things and try new activities, having days out, visiting local places of interest and attending local community activities. We ensure they live fulfilling and stimulating lives and do everything they want to do.
