About the Role
You will be working as a Care Assistant in a purpose built Nursing Home in the Old Swan area of Liverpool which caters for up to 50 elderly residents.
As Care Assistant, you will assist other staff in the running of the Home and maintain high standards of care and service towards service users, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You will be providing personal care to residents.

You will work part time evening shifts (16 hours per week) 4pm - 10pm on a rota basis, including weekends.
You will be able to demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to caring for older people, either through previous roles in social care or in other roles. Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised, you will be a team player but able to work on your own initiative. You will be dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the Home.
