Care Home Manager Required
Job Description

The Grange is part of the Retirement Villages community which offers luxury, modern facilities in carefully selected locations.  The Grange is a 9 bed registered residential care home located within one of our independent villages and is close to North Guildford. 

The successful applicant will report to the Regional Manager.  This Home Manager role involves overall responsibility and accountability for the efficient and smooth running and promotion of the care provision at The Grange.

The duties include: 

  • Overseeing the provision of excellent care to residents
  • Staff management
  • Resident assessments
  • Participate in resident and staff meetings
  • Oversee training and development
  • Monitor and maintain budgets
  • Successfully selling the care home and drive inquiries and leads
