Training & Development:
We use the Skills for Care “Care Certificate" training targets to ensure that our Care Practitioners fulfil the aims of Angela Court Nursing Home and meet the changing needs of the people living within their home. We also have a Group Training Officer who is there to support you by delivering in-house training.
We recognise that training not only improves the nursing home, but improves the quality of life for those you care for by providing for them in the safest, most appropriate way. Furthermore, individual staff members benefit by improving their own skills to use throughout their career with Angela Court.
National Care Benevolent Fund - We are proud to be a founding member of the NCBF which provides for those in the care sector who may fall upon hard times.
Subsidy Fund - Provides a service to all individuals that can be used to subsidise the ever increasing cost of providing excellent quality care.
Refer a Friend scheme - Recommend a friend to come and join our team and you can be entitled to £50 worth of vouchers each
Refer a Person scheme - Recommend an individual to come and live with us and you can be entitled to £100 worth of vouchers
Empowerment days - Paid for group away days focusing on empowering all team members to give the best levels of care and an opportunity to learn and reflect on different methods of care.
