About the role.

Our Care Services Manager will undertake a role that is multi-faceted. Reporting to the General Manager, the Care Services Manager will be expected to;

  • Deliver highly effective operational management of the care service as required across the home, and work to ensure the home continues to be run effectively whilst dealing with a number of challenges and opportunities as they arise.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and application of the CQC Fundamental Standards and ensure the home is run to the highest standard.
  • Engage in coaching of our Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care Managers who are developing in role.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of care, quality/performance management, health and safety and people development.

About you.

As Care Services Manager, you'll be the clinical lead in the community and take charge of delivering effective, person-centred services that meet our exacting quality standards and relevant legislation.

This will involve overseeing all aspects of operational care management while leading and motivating your team to achieve our goals.

Continuous service improvement will also be a key focus, so developing your team through appropriate training programmes, supervision and appraisals will also form part of your remit. You will need to be PIN registered and up to date practices are essential for this role.
