Job Description

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and confident staff for the newly established Intensive Support Service Service . The post will initially be based at April Cottage in Famfield which is the Assessment and Treatment Service until we move to Epsom. The ideal candidate will be flexible and motivated and committed to providing a responsive service for people with a Learning Disability in Surrey.

The post will include on call duties which will attract enhancements and travelling to services and peoples homes. We will expect the candidates to have a driving license and use of a vehicle and there will be a mileage allowance available.

Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 375 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
