The Priory Hospital Ticehurst offers a safe and supportive service for adults and adolescents with menatal health problems and has a range of facilities available to aid recovery. We have 70 beds across 3 services lines which are:
1. CAMHS -Tier 4 (13 beds) and HDU (13 beds)
2. Adult Acute Admissions (23 beds)
3. Rehabilitation and Recovery (21 beds), adults with long enduring mental health difficulties.
We also have an outpatient service.
Founded over 215 years ago the hospital stands in 48 acres of grounds, providing a tranquil and beautiful environment. Located in the heart of East Sussex on the outskirts of the A21 and A26, with easy access to M25, the Hospital has strong links with the local community and provides access to local amenities.

We have an opportunity for a Catering Assistant to assist with the operation of a catering service within a Priory unit.
Ensures all cleaning within the kitchen, catering and servery areas (as appropriate) is completed in a timely and efficient manner and complies with the company’s Assured Safe Catering standards.
The role holder undertakes routine and regular tasks with discretion to prioritise work, but where judgements and decisions will have a marginal impact on the catering operation.
Usually works within existing processes and procedures, however, the nature of food preparation will require some creative thinking.
