Charge Nurse (RMN) - Rehab & Recovery - Mental Health Hospital - Ticehurst, East Sussex - Salary up to £34,000 depending on experience + up to £5,000 in bonuses

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), to take on the role of Charge Nurse on a Rehab and Recovery ward. Whether you are currently working elsewhere or returning to practice, you'll be patient centric with a commitment to delivering high quality care.

As a Charge Nurse (RMN), your main duties will include:

•Promote and maintain a professional working environment, ensuring a high standard of care at all times, assisting with evaluation through clinical governance and audit.
•Support and lead regular patient feedback mechanisms, e.g. satisfaction surveys, outcome studies, community meetings.
•Ensure effective communication between medical and nursing staff both verbal and written.
•Ensure all CPA and risk assessment and HONOS is an integral part of the patients care and that it is monitored and updated on a regular basis
•To take an active role in management of the ward/unit under the supervision of the Ward Manager, and to take charge in his/her absence. Participate fully with the clinical team and undertake direct patient care.

As a Charge Nurse (RMN), you will have:

•A Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN)
•A current registration with the NMC
•The legal right to work in the UK
