We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, genuine and honest individual to join our dynamic nursing team under the role of Charge Nurse.
The successful candidate will work at Thumbswood Mother and Baby Unit, the unit cares for mothers with babies under a year old and pregnant women in their last trimester. Previous acute and perinatal mental health experience would be an advantage The ideal applicant will have experience working in a acute mental health settings, with skills to meet the needs of our specialist service whilst providing direction and supervision to junior colleagues in the nursing team. The charge nurse will act as an extension to the team leader and will maintain overall responsibility and accountability for the ward when the team leader is unavailable.
