Hours: Full-time 375 hours per week
Location: North Hampshire, Dame Mary Fagan House, Basingstoke
We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified nurse to join the North Hampshire Community Learning Disability Team on a permanent contract. Your primary base will be with the Basingstoke Team; however you will be required to work across the locality.
You will be providing specialist health services for adults who have a learning disability living within the North Hampshire area.
The role will involve working as part of a highly motivated and dynamic multi-professional team and. You will be responsible for the day to management of a team of Band 5 nurses, providing them with professional leadership and provide senior clinical support to the wider MDT
Holding an RNLD nursing qualification and being a car driver are essential. You will receive regular reflective and managerial supervision, professional support and access to relevant training and opportunities to develop your clinical skills, knowledge and professional practice.
