The opportunity to further develop and enhance their clinical, managerial and leadership skills within an acute specialist Learning Disability Assessment and Treatment Service.

The post holder will be responsible for:

Supporting and promoting the effective and efficient management of the clinical care environment and the delivery of safe care, and will provide clinical leadership and supervision of nursing staff supporting a multi-disciplinary and collaborative person centered approach to nursing care.
