An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse with an understanding of NHS Continuing Healthcare to join North East Essex Continuing Healthcare Team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and can work under pressure.
The successful candidate will be required to display excellent communication skills and have experience in clinical leadership.
There is the expectation that the clinical lead nurse will assist the lead nurse in standardising processes and promoting best practice across the team with a focus on Personal Health Budgets.
You will be required to work in partnership with the wider economy to support the provision of care to meet patients’ needs and to support commissioning decisions.
You will be a member of the North East Essex CCG Clinical Quality team supporting the development and implementation of National and CCG strategies.
If you are currently not employed by the CCG, your emploment will be subject to a probationary period, during which time you will be required to demonstrate to the organisation's satisfaction your suitability for the position in which you are employed.
