Child Care Worker (Predominately Nights)

Location - Nugent House School

Salary - £16,261 - £21,266 Per Annum (Pay Award Pending)

Hours - 39 Hours Per Week

Reference - 5816/NHS

Nugent House Residential Special School and Children’s Home caters for boys between the ages of 7 and 19, who display Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties. Many have additional learning needs and all are subject to a Statement of Special Educational Needs or EHCP.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of working with young people within a residential environment and the ability to relate to young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The Successful candidate will be required to work as part of a staff team to assist in the running of the house and the development and implementation of care plans.

The Appointment will be made to a 24 hour rota so the candidate must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends, however this position will be predominately working nights.
