Personal Assistant Job for Children, Isle of Wight - Complex Care
We are seeking committed Personal/Care Assistants to join our Complex Care team, working with children in various locations across the Isle of Wight, with day, night and weekend shifts available.

Our ideal staff member will have experience in at least one of the following areas:
You will play a vital role in enabling our clients to participate in educational and social activities, promoting their independence and involvement with the community. You will have access to comprehensive training and a 24 hour support line. For complex clients, i.e those with a tracheotomy and / or who require ventilation, full training can be provided.
Working in a Personal/Care Assistant job, we can offer you:
Upon joining, you’ll receive a full in-house induction as well as an introduction to the client you will be supporting, their needs and care plan. You’ll receive any training necessary to top up your skills, including a shadow shift if required.
