We offer an exciting opportunity: - for a highly motivated, experienced children’s community Nurse to lead the Locala Children’s Community Nursing Team.

If you are the kind of person who is bursting with fresh ideas and you are not afraid of challenging current practices, this is the perfect time to join us. You will lead the children’s community nursing team and work with the Team members to negotiate and provide the care needs of individual children and support needs for the family.

The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, have excellent communication and IT skills and be knowledgeable about leadership, discharge planning, legislation, audit and outcome measures.

The successful post holder must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post and fulfil the essential areas within the person specification.

All posts recruited to by Locala Community Partnerships CIC (whether on a fixed term or substantive basis) are subject to a 6 month probationary period.

As a registered body with DBS, Locala will administer the application on your behalf and the cost will be recovered from your salary over the first three months of employment. The rate is £44 for an Enhanced check.
