Clinical Advisor - RGN Pathways 111 Call Handler

Job Description

Do you have NHS Pathways experience? We are looking for Registered Nurses to work on the 111 phone-lines as a Clinical Advisor.

The Clinical Advisors are pivotal to the provision of excellent service to people using the NHS 111 service to address urgent care needs. They are responsible for the delivery of safe and quality patient care, whilst ensuring that the performance of the services maintain satisfactory levels.

Successful applicants will report to the Clinical Support Manager and Team Leader within the NHS 111. The primary focus of the role is to ensure compliance in line with the Clinical Pathways system . You will be assessing and triaging patients over the telephone, making appropriate referrals as required.

The person appointed must have clinical registration either NMC or HCPC, evidence of Continuous professional development and pathways training

The call centre is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and the working of various shift patterns to include weekends and public holidays will be required within this role, however there is possible flexibility around part time hours or overtime for those wanting to earn £££
