Job Title - Clinical Deputy Manager (RMN/ RNLD)

Location - Nailsea, easily accessible from Bristol, Weston super Mare and surrounding areas

Salary - £40,000 per annum

Shifts - Full time- 37.5 hours per week, days only (Monday- Friday)

We are recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager (RMN/ RNLD qualified) to practice in a private hospital situated just outside of Bristol city centre, belonging to a highly-reputable healthcare company. The home provides specialist nursing care to adults aged 45 years and over. Patients have a primary diagnosis of organic brain disorder, some of whom will also suffer from an enduring mental health condition. Patients may also be detained under the Mental Health Act and live in locked, single sex units.

We are looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager for this excellent opportunity on a full time basis.

Person Specification - you must have some post-qualifying nursing experience, ideally within a similar environment. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. Previous managerial experience is also essential for this position.

Our client is looking for a candidate with a passion for nursing. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and hard-working, who can get on well with others and can work effectively on their own as well as part of a team.
